"I have no idea how this guy has 5 stars. We were automatically switched over to his service and somehow he managed to remove my name from the insurance AND send us an extra bill for the cycle WE ALREADY PAID. Called multiple times to resolve this and was told they'd get back to us with no further contact. And sometimes they just have their phone turned off so you can't get through at all. Edit: it took some angry messages to get this escalated to John himself. Turns out the staff had messed up the whole family's insurance and changed the insurance on all the cars in the group plan."

"I've gotten multiple unexplained rate raises ever since I was switched to this office from my previous State Farm agent. For example, one of the rate raises ended up being due to them losing track of my address and losing my multi-car discount that I share with my family. However, this review isn't just about mysterious rate raises. Every time I call in to address one of these rate raises, they'll say it "looks odd" and they'll "take a look at it and call me back". This has happened multiple times now and I have never received a callback. Instead, I have to call them over and over again until I can get someone who looks into the problem and we can fix it. I'm switching off State Farm, had a great experience for 10+ years but this office has atrocious service."
